Verizon’s $1000 Gift Card SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
Verizon’s $1000 Gift Card Sweepstakes begins on 7/16/25 at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on 08/03/25 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are binding and final in all respects.
1. ELIGIBILITY.
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who: (i) are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes; (ii) are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia; and (iii) are NOT in one or more of the “Prohibited Persons” categories listed below. Any entry submitted by any ineligible person(s) will be void.
Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes: (i) current and former employees (including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, temporary employees, and interns) of Sponsor, and El Clasificado, (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, suppliers, advertising agencies, promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and immediate family members of each such individual; and (ii) all individuals (including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, temporary employees, former employees, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Sweepstakes Entities. “Immediate family” members include spouses, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation or other family extension.
2. HOW TO ENTER.
During the Sweepstakes Period, enter by using an internet-enabled mobile device, scan the QR code to connect to the Sweepstakes entry microsite and accurately complete and submit the entry form, including your full name, email address, and phone number . Once you have completed the foregoing, you must agree to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy and click the “submit” button (each an “Entry”). You may also submit an entry by visiting a participating store and request to scan the unique store QR code to connect to the entry form. Complete and submit the entry form, including your full name, email address, and phone number. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 3, 2025. Data usage rates may apply to access the Sweepstakes microsite.
3. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ENTRIES.
Limit two entries per person (one per method of entry) during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All received entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned, and no correspondence will be entered into. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. The use of automated entry devices or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Any individual who attempts to enter using false contact information or who uses any unauthorized device or artifice to enter using a false identity, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. If there is a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or damaged entries or for technical, hardware, software or device malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes that may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or other failures of any sort, fire, epidemic or pandemic, explosion, act of God, riot or civil disturbance, war, terrorist threat or activity, any federal, state or local government law, or any other cause not reasonably within Sweepstakes Entities’ control. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for printing errors in these Official Rules.
4. WINNER SELECTION
Random Drawing. On or about 08/04/25, One (1) potential prize winner will be selected via random drawing by an independent judging organization, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential prize winner must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules to qualify for the prize. The judging organization’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawing. Limit one prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Termination. If Sponsor cancels, terminates, modifies, or suspends this Sweepstakes for any reason (including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes), Sponsor will select potential prize winners by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received during the Sweepstakes Period prior to termination, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 5. PRIZES / ODDS OF WINNING.
Prize. One (1) - $1000.00 Verizon Gift Card will be awarded. Verizon Gift Cards can only be used at Verizon Company Stores. To find a Verizon Company Store, visit https://www.verizon.com/stores. For information on gift card usage, visit https://www.verizon.com/support/gift-card-faqs. Gift cards do not have a cash value.
All expenses and costs not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, federal, state or local taxes on the value of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any portion of prize not used by the winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted. Prizes are subject to all additional terms applicable to use of the prize are subject to the terms and conditions thereon. Prize offered is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage in delivery of Prize. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules.
Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS.
Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners via email and/or phone, using information provided on the Entry form. Potential winners will be required to follow prize claim instructions provided and return all necessary prize claim documents within five (5) business days from the date of notification. Potential winners must complete and sign a Prize Acceptance & Liability Waiver and a Publicity Release before the Prize will be awarded. The Prize will be forfeited in the event that: (i) the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, including any eligibility requirements; (ii) the prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable; (iii) Sponsor does not receive timely response to prize notification; or (iv) a potential winner declines the Prize offered. If time permits, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by [applying the criteria set forth above].
Any winner of a prize valued at $600.00 and over will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting the fair market value of the prize; and, winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor relative to its reporting of prize award to the Internal Revenue Service, including provision of his/her Social Security Number in conjunction therewith.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants to the Sweepstakes Entities the right to use winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, hometown and biographical information for commercial purposes in advertising, trade and promotional content, including on the internet or via wireless application protocol, without further notice, compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Government employees who win a prize may be subject to ethics and gift rules of their jurisdiction.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual from further participation in the Sweepstakes if Sponsor concludes, in its sole discretion, that such person: (i) has attempted to tamper with the entry process or other operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) has disregarded or has attempted to circumvent these Official Rules; (iii) has committed fraud or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; or (iv) has acted toward any Sweepstakes Entity or any other entrant in an unfair, inequitable, annoying, threatening, disrupting or harassing manner. Tampering includes attempting to enter more than the number of times permitted herein, including through the use of any prohibited device or method. If a dispute arises regarding compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor may consider, in its sole discretion, data reasonably available to Sponsor through information technology systems in Sponsor’s control, but Sponsor will not be obligated to consider any data or other information collected from any other source.
8. INDEMNIFICATION / LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, waive and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, from all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) resulting from the entrants’ participation in this Sweepstakes, the entrants’ acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or element thereof, (including any travel related thereto), including installation of the prize elements, and any travel or event-related activity in connection with the Sweepstakes. Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules or the failure, delay or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance. If there is a conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any entry or marketing materials used in connection with this Sweepstakes, the terms of these Official Rules will govern.
9. GOVERNING LAW.
ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, USA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (i) all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in New Jersey, to which the participant submits to personal jurisdiction; (ii) all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and any other damages except for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations on the ability to pursue class action remedies, or certain kinds of damages, and so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Any personal information supplied by you to the Sweepstakes Entities will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://www.verizon.com/about/privacy/full-privacy-policy and terms of use posted at https://www.verizon.com/about/terms-conditions/terms-of-use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you authorize Sponsor to communicate with you by text message using your wireless phone number provided in connection with the Sweepstakes.
12. WINNERS LIST.
You may request the name of the winner by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the name of the Sweepstakes on the envelope and addressed to: Carolina Jaksch - 9868 Scranton Road, San Diego CA 92121. Requests must be received no later than 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends.

El sorteo Verizon para un Certificado electrónico por $1,000 (el “Sorteo”) comienza en 07/16/25 a las 6:00 a.m. hora del Pacífico (PT) y finaliza en 08/03/25 a las 11:59 p. m. hora del Pacífico (el “Periodo del sorteo”). Al entrar en el Sorteo, cada participante acepta incondicionalmente y se compromete a cumplir y estar sujeto a estas Reglas Oficiales y a las decisiones de Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc. (“Patrocinador”), que son vinculantes y definitivas en todos los aspectos.
1. ELEGIBILIDAD.
El Sorteo está abierto a personas que: (i) tengan al menos 18 años de edad o la mayoría de edad en su estado de residencia en el momento de participar en el Sorteo; (ii) sean residentes legales de los 50 estados de Estados Unidos y del Distrito de Columbia; y (iii) NO pertenezcan a ninguna de las categorías de “Personas prohibidas” que se enumeran abajo. Personas prohibidas. 2. CÓMO PARTICIPAR.
Durante el Período del Sorteo, participe utilizando un dispositivo móvil con acceso a internet, escanee el código QR para conectarse al micrositio de participación del Sorteo y complete y envíe con precisión el formulario de participación, incluyendo su nombre completo, dirección de correo electrónico y número de teléfono. Una vez que haya completado lo anterior, debe aceptar las Reglas Oficiales y la Política de Privacidad y hacer clic en el botón "Enviar" (cada una una "Participación"). También puede enviar una participación visitando una tienda participante y solicitando escanear el código QR único de la tienda para conectarse al formulario de participación. Complete y envíe el formulario de participación, incluyendo su nombre completo, dirección de correo electrónico y número de teléfono. 3. CONDICIONES APLICABLES A TODAS LAS PARTICIPACIONES.

Cualquier persona que intente participar utilizando información de contacto falsa o que utilice algún dispositivo o artificio no autorizado para participar utilizando una identidad falsa, según lo determine el Patrocinador, será descalificada. Si existe una disputa sobre quién ha enviado una participación, ésta se considerará enviada por el titular autorizado de la dirección de email proporcionada en el momento de la participación. “Titular autorizado” define a la persona física asignada a una dirección de email por un proveedor de acceso a Internet, un proveedor de servicios en línea u otra organización responsable de asignar direcciones de email para el dominio asociado a la dirección de email en cuestión. Las Entidades del Sorteo no se hacen responsables de las participaciones tardías, perdidas, incompletas, mal dirigidas, robadas o dañadas, ni de las fallas técnicas, de hardware, software o dispositivos de cualquier tipo, las conexiones de red perdidas o no disponibles, o las comunicaciones electrónicas fallidas, incorrectas, incompletas, inexactas, confusas o retrasadas causadas por el remitente o por cualquiera de los equipos o programas asociados con el Sorteo o utilizados en él que puedan limitar la capacidad de participar, ni por algún error humano que pueda producirse en el procesamiento de las participaciones en el Sorteo, u otros fallos de cualquier tipo, como incendios, epidemias o pandemias, explosiones, casos de fuerza mayor, revueltas o disturbios civiles, guerras, amenazas o actividades terroristas; cualquier ley federal, estatal o local, o cualquier otra causa que no esté razonablemente dentro del control de las Entidades del Sorteo. Las Entidades del Sorteo no se hacen responsables por los errores de impresión de estas Reglas Oficiales.
4. SELECCIÓN DEL GANADOR
Sorteo al azar. En o alrededor de 08/03/2025, una organización independiente seleccionada por el Patrocinador a su entera discreción elegirá al azar a un (1) posible ganador entre todas las Participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período del Sorteo. El posible ganador del premio debe cumplir todos los requisitos de elegibilidad y cumplir con estas Reglas Oficiales para poder calificar para el premio. Las decisiones de la organización evaluadora son definitivas en todos los asuntos relacionados con el sorteo. Límite de un premio por persona durante el Periodo del Sorteo.
Cancelación. Si el Patrocinador cancela, termina, modifica o suspende este Sorteo por cualquier motivo (incluyendo, entre otros, infección por virus informáticos, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, fraude, fallas técnicas o cualquier otra causa fuera del control razonable del Patrocinador que corrompa o afecte la administración, seguridad, imparcialidad, integridad o el correcto desarrollo del Sorteo), el Patrocinador seleccionará posibles ganadores del premio mediante un sorteo al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles y no sospechosas recibidas durante el Periodo del Sorteo antes de la cancelación, o según lo considere justo y apropiado el Patrocinador a su entera discreción. 5. PREMIOS / PROBABILIDADES DE GANAR.
Premio. Se otorgará una (1) Tarjeta de Regalo de Verizon de $1000.00. Las Tarjetas de Regalo de Verizon solo se pueden usar en las Tiendas de la Compañía Verizon. El premio ofrecido se entrega “tal como es”, sin ninguna garantía, ya sea expresa o implícita, por parte del Patrocinador. El Patrocinador no se hace responsable por la pérdida, el retraso o los daños en la entrega del Premio. Todos los premios reclamados correctamente se entregarán siempre que se reciba un número suficiente de Participaciones válidas, pero en ningún caso se entregarán más premios de los previstos en estas Reglas Oficiales.
Probabilidades de ganar. Las probabilidades de ganar dependen de la cantidad de participaciones válidas recibidas durante el Periodo del Sorteo.
6. PROCESO DE NOTIFICACIÓN AL GANADOR.
El Patrocinador intentará notificar al posible ganador por email y/o por teléfono, utilizando la información proporcionada en el formulario de participación. El posible ganador deberá seguir las instrucciones para reclamar el premio y devolver todos los documentos necesarios implicados en un plazo de cinco (5) días hábiles a partir de la fecha de la notificación. Antes de que se le entregue el premio, el posible ganador deberá completar y firmar una aceptación del premio y una exención de responsabilidad, así como una autorización para aparecer en publicidad. El premio se perderá en caso de que: (i) el ganador potencial no cumpla con estas Reglas Oficiales, incluidos los requisitos de elegibilidad; (ii) la notificación del premio o el intento de notificación se devuelva como imposible de entregar; (iii) el Patrocinador no reciba una respuesta a tiempo sobre la notificación del premio; o (iv) el ganador potencial rechace el premio ofrecido. Si el tiempo lo permite, el Patrocinador podrá seleccionar un ganador potencial alternativo, aplicando los criterios establecidos anteriormente.
A todo ganador de un premio con valor de $600.00 o más se le entregará un formulario fiscal 1099 del IRS que refleje el valor justo del premio en el mercado, y el ganador se compromete a cooperar plenamente con el Patrocinador en relación con la notificación del premio al Servicio de Impuestos Internos (IRS), incluyendo su número de Seguro Social.
7. CONDICIONES GENERALES.
Al aceptar el premio, el ganador concede a las Entidades del Sorteo el derecho a utilizar su nombre, semejanza, imagen, voz, ciudad natal e información biográfica con fines comerciales en publicidad, contenido comercial y promocional, incluyendo Internet o a través de protocolos de aplicaciones móviles, sin previo aviso, compensación o permiso, excepto donde lo prohíba la ley. Los empleados del gobierno que ganen un premio pueden estar sujetos a las normas éticas y de regalos de su jurisdicción.
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier persona de participar en el Sorteo si el Patrocinador concluye, a su entera discreción, que dicha persona: (i) ha intentado manipular el proceso de inscripción u otra operación del Sorteo; (ii) ha ignorado o ha intentado evitar estas Reglas Oficiales; (iii) ha cometido fraude o ha intentado perjudicar el funcionamiento legítimo del Sorteo; o (iv) ha actuado hacia cualquier Entidad del Sorteo o cualquier otro participante de manera injusta, desigual, molesta, amenazante, perturbadora o acosadora. La manipulación incluye intentar participar más veces de las permitidas indicadas en el presente documento, incluso mediante el uso de algún dispositivo o método prohibido. Si surge una disputa con respecto al cumplimiento de estas Reglas Oficiales, el Patrocinador podrá considerar, a su entera discreción, los datos razonablemente disponibles para el Patrocinador a través de los sistemas de tecnología de la información bajo su control, pero el Patrocinador no estará obligado a considerar ningún dato u otra información recopilada de cualquier otra fuente.
8. INDEMNIZACIÓN / LÍMITES DE RESPONSABILIDAD.
Al participar en el Sorteo, los participantes aceptan liberar de responsabilidad a las Entidades del Sorteo y a cada una de sus respectivas filiales, subsidiarias, empresas matrices, minoristas, representantes de ventas, distribuidores y agencias de publicidad y promociones, así como a todos sus directivos, directores, accionistas, empleados y agentes, de cualquier lesión, reclamación, daño, pérdida, costos o gastos de cualquier tipo (incluyendo, entre otros, los honorarios de abogados) que se deriven de la participación de los participantes en este Sorteo, la aceptación, el uso o el mal uso por parte de los participantes de cualquier premio o elemento del mismo (incluyendo cualquier viaje relacionado con el mismo), así como la instalación de los elementos del premio, y cualquier viaje o actividad relacionada con el evento en relación con el Sorteo. Ni el hecho de que el Patrocinador no insista en el cumplimiento estricto de cualquier disposición de estas Reglas Oficiales o el incumplimiento, retraso u omisión por parte del Patrocinador en el ejercicio de algún derecho con respecto a cualquier término de estas Reglas Oficiales, se interpretará como una renuncia o abandono, en cualquier medida, al derecho del Patrocinador a hacer valer o basarse en dicha disposición o derecho en ese caso o en cualquier otro. Si existe algún conflicto entre algún término de estas Reglas Oficiales y alguna participación o material de marketing utilizado en relación con este Sorteo, prevalecerán los términos de estas Reglas Oficiales.
9. LEY APLICABLE.
TODAS LAS CUESTIONES Y PREGUNTAS RELACIONADAS CON LA FABRICACIÓN, VALIDEZ, INTERPRETACIÓN Y EJECUCIÓN DE ESTAS REGLAS OFICIALES O LOS DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DE LOS PARTICIPANTES O DEL PATROCINADOR EN RELACIÓN CON EL SORTEO SE REGIRÁN E INTERPRETARÁN DE ACUERDO CON LAS LEYES INTERNAS DEL ESTADO DE TEXAS, ESTADOS UNIDOS, SIN DAR EFECTO A NINGUNA ELECCIÓN DE LEY O NORMAS O DISPOSICIONES DE CONFLICTO DE LEYES QUE PODRÍAN DAR LUGAR A LA APLICACIÓN DE LAS LEYES DE CUALQUIER OTRO ESTADO.
10. RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS.
Al participar en el Sorteo, los participantes aceptan que: (i) todas las disputas, reclamos y causas de acción que surjan de o estén relacionadas con el Sorteo o los premios otorgados se resolverán individualmente, sin recurrir a ninguna forma de acción colectiva, y exclusivamente por el tribunal competente de New Jersey, a cuya jurisdicción personal se somete el participante; (ii) todos los reclamos, juicios y arbitrajes se limitarán a los gastos reales en que se haya incurrido, incluyendo los gastos relacionados con la participación en el Sorteo, pero en ningún caso los costos de los abogados; y (iii) bajo ninguna circunstancia se permitirá a ningún participante obtener alguna indemnización por daños punitivos, incidentales o consecuentes, y el participante renuncia por la presente a todos los derechos a reclamar dichos daños, así como a todos los derechos a que se multipliquen o aumenten de otra manera los daños, y a cualquier otro daño, excepto los gastos reales en que se haya incurrido. Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten limitaciones a la capacidad de interponer acciones colectivas o reclamar determinados tipos de daños, por lo que es posible que estas limitaciones no se apliquen en su caso.
11. INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL.
Cualquier información personal que usted proporcione a las Entidades del Sorteo estará sujeta a la política de privacidad del Patrocinador publicada en https://www.verizon.com/about/privacy/full-privacy-policy y a las condiciones de uso publicadas en https://www.verizon.com/about/terms-conditions/terms-of-use (en inglés). Al participar en el Sorteo, usted autoriza al Patrocinador a comunicarse con usted por mensaje de texto utilizando el número de teléfono móvil que proporcionó en relación con el Sorteo.
12. LISTA DE GANADORES.
Usted puede solicitar el nombre del ganador enviando por correo un sobre con su dirección y franquicia postal, dentro de otro sobre con el nombre del Sorteo a: Carolina Jaksch - 9868 Scranton Road, San Diego CA 92121. Las solicitudes deben recibirse a más tardar 30 días después de la finalización del Sorteo.
